Lovingly crafted by Jen Parr, NZ Winemaker of the Year 2019. This is an elegant expression of the Bannockburn sub-region with lovely red and blue fruit, camphor and florals supported by fine tannins intricately woven around fresh acidity. This Pinot Noir is laden with perfume and intricate details of seductive cherry, plum, lilac, incense, cedar, earthy loam and wild thyme. The palate expresses a gracefulness that is the hallmark of great sites in a cooler growing season. This wine is a pleasure to drink young but will continue to develop for a decade or so, making it a great option for the cellar.
