Lovingly crafted by Dean Shaw, from a premium parcel of fruit from Nevis Bluff, with limited intervention. Bright ruby red with deep aromas of sweet plum, light cherry cola & hints of toasty truffles. Light-medium bodied with soft, inviting raspberry, plum & vanilla flavours, a firm acid line, ultra fine tannins & a long milk chocolate finish.
